What we collect
Your name, work email and company. That is the whole form, and all three are needed for us to reply sensibly. We also record when you submitted it.
There is no account to create, no profile built about you, and no advertising or cross-site tracking. Visit numbers are counted by Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not identify individuals.
To stop the form being abused we count recent submissions per network. Your IP address is not stored. Only a one-way hash of it, which is deleted within an hour.
Why we have it
To reply to you about early access, and to have a sensible conversation if you want one. Nothing else. No newsletter, no mailing list, no passing your details to anyone selling something.
Our legal basis is legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: you asked us to get in touch, and replying is what you expected when you pressed the button.
Who sees it
- IdentiQube LLC (Doha, Qatar): the company responsible for your data.
- PEAK Consulting Services GmbH (Mannheim, Germany): our representative in the EU, who handles European enquiries and receives the notification when you submit the form.
- Turso: stores the submission in our database.
- Resend: delivers the notification email.
- Vercel: hosts the website.
We do not sell your details and we do not share them with anyone beyond that list.
Where it goes
Your details are handled by our team in Qatar and by our representative in Germany, and by the providers above, which operate outside the EU. Qatar is not covered by an EU adequacy decision, so transfers there are covered by EU standard contractual clauses between IdentiQube LLC and PEAK Consulting Services GmbH. Ask us and we will send you a copy.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or 24 months after we last spoke, whichever comes first. We review the list against that limit and clear anything past it. If you would rather not wait, ask and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected, have it deleted, restrict what we do with it, object to us holding it, or ask for it in a portable form. Email [email protected] and we will act on it. Deletion in particular is a one-line request and we will not ask you why.
If we handle it badly, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.
Automated decisions
None. Nothing on this site decides anything about you automatically.
Changes
If this notice changes we will update the date below. Last updated 31 July 2026.
